It seems as though Fox news has gone Liberal on their views. They have decided to suggest, like their partners on CNN and NBC News, that Rush Limbaugh is the cause for Texas (R) Sen. Ted Cruise for developing an over 21hr long filibuster in the Senate that just ended earlier today, over the Obamacare issues/ budgeting. Too bad that isn't true (that Rush could place that kind of fear into Politicians), most of the issues our government has would dissolve over night. However, the claims Brett Hume tries to make are false and the truth that is too difficult for those in the media and the Senate to admit is that Sen. Ted Cruise is a leader that demands the respect that they can not copy or posses themselves. Now, the issue have been admitted and the lines have been drawn. The Democrats in Senate and House have been outlined as outright ignoring the will of the people and the Republicans in the Senate are asking to be relieved of the duties. Sen. John McCain, has out right admitted, along with many others on the Republican side, that they would rather side with Obama and the Democrats than with that of the people who hired them to do exactly what it was (they claimed to in their campaigns) that they failed to do today- VOTE DOWN and Repeal Obamacare.
Fox News/ Brett Hume:
"I'm not sure you’d say they’re calling the shots. But make no mistake about it, Bill, some of these radio talk show hosts have real influence. They have a huge following particularly in very conservative areas where they are most popular and where the many members of Congress who inhabit those areas are not worried about being reelected if they can get nominated. But they are worried about a primary challenge that could deny them the nomination. Go a long way to avoid it and keeping radio talk show hosts off their back is one way of doing that."
