Jay Carney (the White House Spokes Person) said the other day, that just because the CBO (Congressional Budget Office) stated that 7 million people signed on and paying into Obamacare is the number it would take for it to be successful. The number doesn't mean anything. He then asked, "So, what do you think; if their was only 6,999,999 people signed on it would fail?"
Well, Jay I would have to answer in a question form: If you had a bill due for $7 Million and you only were able to pay $6,999,999.00 on it do you think you have payed the bill down and met all the obligations on it...? Unlike the above scenario that only left out a dollar, a person in the question Jay asked is a lot more than just a single missing dollar. They in fact would be missing thousands of dollars.
You see this is the way Washington thinks. They do not see things as they are. They like to look at thing as abstract. Unfortunately, this is the kind of book keeping that has gotten our nation into this much debt. It does not matter who is in office or what letter (R or D) is next to their name. If they can not figure out that when it is stated that you need a certain number to meet an obligation, this means you need NO LESS than that EXACT NUMBER to meet the said obligation.
Thank you Jay, any other questions you have please give us a call... BTW, yes one plus one is in-fact TWO (no you can not round).
