Religious Rights in Public Places

To those who's children have been under duress for practicing the Christian faith openly in public to include but not limited to public schools.  Take note that the First Amendment in the Bill of Rights allows the Freedom of Religion written as such-

As such, the Supreme Court has established through the Establishment Clause, that the government can not prohibit any religious actions/ beliefs from being performed out in public.  Written as such-

This would suggest that since evolution is being taught and tolerance of different cultures and religions around the world are also being discussed and taught within the language and context of the educational facilities, so can the Christian faith.  The Holy Bible and the practiced religion of Christianity are both allowed in the confines of the public schools, just as long as it is not found disrupting classes.  At which this point the school can then determine to attempt to disallow certain actions temporarily, or until found to not be disruptive to the learning atmosphere of the school environment.  No one students beliefs nor actions within the school can be swayed by a teacher, the board, a councilor, principal or V.P., nor the beliefs of any other parent even due to their child being exposed to such beliefs.  Accommodations  have already been made/ considered for Muslims and other religions in both the U.K. and the U.S. and abroad.  Therefor, they/ the government has left themselves open to to "tolerant" to the religious rights of EACH and EVERY individual.

This is not legal advice, for any questions, please seek proper council.  More answers can be found at:
